Our commitment to customer satisfaction extends to our returns and refunds policy. Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to return the package. If the first tracking status online is more than 30 days, a 10% restocking fee may be charged due to the actual shipping date. However, we are willing to waive this fee if the customer communicates any difficulties with the return.

Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returns of damaged, washed, or altered products. Exchange or refund will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the item.
