The best care for a silk comforter is to air it out on the balcony under indirect sunlight for a few hours. It helps retain its lightness and fluffiness. Only do spot cleaning by hand with gentle detergent if necessary. However, if you have to clean the comforter, professional cleaning for silk is a possibility. For our machine-washable series silk comforter, wash in cold & gentle cycle, use gentle detergent, dry flat, iron low heat.
